**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment tools in alignment with university guidelines and healthcare industry standards.
- Guide and supervise student research projects, clinical training, and dissertations.
- Collaborate with hospital partners for internships and clinical postings.
- Maintain academic records, prepare reports, and contribute to academic audits and NAAC/NABH documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental reviews, and institutional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in surgical technologies and integrate them into teaching.
- Ensure students' compliance with safety protocols and ethical standards in operation theatre settings.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
M.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or M.Sc. in Allied Health Sciences with specialization in Operation Theatre Techniques or related field from a recognized university.
- **Experience**:

- **Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization techniques, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety protocols.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and simulation-based learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic ERP systems.
