About the Role
- Conduct therapy using CBT and DBT for trauma, personality disorders, anxiety and PDD
- Design individualized treatment plans and provide supportive follow-up and check-ins
- Set exercises on areas like mindfulness, internal relationships and emotional regulation.
- Guide the client in identifying triggers, analysing event chains, recognising thought errors, and building distress tolerance.
- Provide psychological support during emotional crisis
- Maintain timely records of sessions, assessments and treatment progress
- Up-skill yourself in relevant mental health practices

**Requirements**:

- Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a similar field
- Relevant certification for CBT.
- 2 years minimum experience in CBT.
- Experience in trauma, PDD and/ or personality disorder treatment.
- Extremely empathetic and compassionate
- Highest confidentiality and respect for client privacy
- Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to Chennai on a quarterly basis for in-person reviews. Stay and travel expenses provided.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in CBT
- Certifications in modalities such as DBT, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma-focused CBT
