**Job Title**: Mid Level Graphic Designer

**Employment Type**: Full-time (Campaign Contract)

**Role Overview**

**Core Responsibilities**

**1. Daily Design Production**
- Create static designs such as **digital posters, carousels, banners, infographics, and content visuals** for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Work on adaptation of **campaign templates** and formats for ongoing content series.
- Convert briefs, scripts, or **Tamil/English text** into clear, readable, and engaging designs.
- Ensure **proper layout, spacing, alignment,** and brand elements in all creatives.

**2. Content Adaptation and Formatting**
- **Resize and reformat designs** for various platform specifications and dimensions.
- Incorporate Tamil text in visual assets using provided copy or translation support.
- Follow platform-specific visual standards for engagement and readability.

**3. Collaboration and Workflow**
- Coordinate with the Senior Graphic Designer for daily task briefings and approvals.
- Integrate feedback from copywriters, editors, and platform managers into design revisions.
- **Manage design files, version control, and proper organization of creative folders.**

**4. Visual Consistency and Quality**
- Maintain consistency in **font usage, color themes, visual hierarchy, and campaign tone.**:

- Follow **internal branding guides, templates, and watermarking protocols.**:

- Alert the senior team to any visual issues or copy/design conflicts.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

**Education**
- Degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related disciplines.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design role.(Fresh Talents also Welcome)
- Experience with **political, media,**or **regional content creation**is preferred but not mandatory.

**Technical Proficiency**
- Working knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.**:

- Familiarity with **Canva, Figma,**or other basic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work with **Tamil text in visual formats**(typing skills not required, but placement accuracy is essential).

**Creative and Soft Skills**
- **Strong visual layout sense, attention to detail**, and design discipline.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to fast-changing briefs, and follow direction.
- Willingness to work extended hours and support the team during high-pressure campaign periods.(**Shift Timings Will be Flexible for Female Employees**)
