**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and training sessions on Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Motion Graphics.
- Develop and maintain curriculum and lesson plans that align with industry trends and academic standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their projects and assignments.
- Foster a creative learning environment that encourages students to explore new ideas and techniques.
- Evaluate and grade student performance in assignments, projects, and exams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the design and animation industry.
- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and other institutional activities.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities related to design.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Motion Graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centric design, and motion graphics techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with students of various skill levels and encourage their creative growth.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
