**Job Description: On-Page SEO Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools and develop a targeted keyword strategy.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure.
- Write SEO-friendly content including meta titles, meta descriptions, and page content.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact website performance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with SEO industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO strategies.

**Skills**:

- Technical SEO Skills: Proficiency in optimizing websites for crawling and indexing by search engines. Familiarity with robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and structured data markup.
- Content Optimization: Ability to optimize content for SEO while maintaining readability and relevance. Experience with keyword placement and density, semantic SEO principles, and content quality evaluation.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various SEO tools and Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to identifying SEO issues and implementing solutions effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changes in SEO algorithms and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an On-Page SEO Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website development platforms (WordPressvgg5gg855,Shopify, etc.)
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant SEO certifications is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
