**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Fine Arts/ Equivalent
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and a basic understanding of front-end development concepts is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
