We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage content for the company’s blog.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Communicate virtually and over the phone with various parties, as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Have experience in phone sales, especially in talking to American customers.
- Be comfortable working in a 24/7 work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with blogging and content creation
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Exce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
