**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, infographics, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Create layouts, typography, and color schemes that adhere to the brand guidelines.
- **Branding**:

- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all designs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance brand identity.
- **Content Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content creators, marketers, and other teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
- **Multimedia Design**:

- Create designs for videos, animations, and motion graphics when needed.
- Adapt designs for various platforms, such as websites, social media, and print.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to produce high-quality designs.
- **Research & Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Innovate new creative concepts based on industry trends.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, error-free, and meet project requirements.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within set deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide regular updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in design software/tools is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Graphic Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Canva etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is advantageous.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
