The Drawing Teacher plays a crucial role in fostering creativity and artistic expression among students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. This position requires a deep understanding of various drawing techniques, a passion for art education, and the ability to engage students of different ages and skill levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive drawing curriculum that aligns with grade-level objectives and promotes the development of fundamental drawing skills.
- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive drawing lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students from Grade 1 to Grade 8. Provide demonstrations, guidance, and constructive feedback to help students improve their drawing abilities.
- **Technique Instruction**: Teach students a variety of drawing techniques, including but not limited to sketching, shading, perspective, composition, and color theory. Introduce students to different drawing mediums such as pencils, charcoal, pastels, and ink.
- **Art History and Appreciation**: Introduce students to the history of art and famous artists, exposing them to a diverse range of artistic styles and movements. Encourage students to analyze and appreciate various works of art, fostering a deeper understanding of artistic expression.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support or enrichment in their drawing skills. Develop personalized learning plans and activities to accommodate students with diverse abilities and interests.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to creativity and artistic exploration. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all students.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess student progress regularly through both formal and informal methods, such as classwork, projects, and portfolios. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them track their growth and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support the overall development of students' artistic skills and creativity. Participate in department meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
