The Enterprise Data Architect will demonstrate insight into approaches to data management transformations and recommend design options, including innovative solutions to complex problems. The Enterprise Data Architect is responsible for facilitating, guiding, and influencing business partners and other teams toward the right information technology architecture, acting as an interface between Business teams and Technology teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver plans to improve data integration, data quality, and data delivery in support of big data business initiatives and roadmaps.
- Synthesize requirements information from the business and develop comprehensive functional/technical requirements and design requirements that will be shared with vendors.

**Required Skills**:

- 10+ years experience in Data Architecture and development and design.
- 5-7+ years of leadership experience in the design and deployment of Data Architecture within a large Enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience in tactical approaches to data architecture including Data Analysis, Enterprise Data Model, Traditional Data Modeling, and Logical Data Modeling.
- Hands-on data architecture/database programming and integration technologies and methods.
- Understanding of EA frameworks such as TOGAF, or Zachman.
- Database design, Data Warehousing concepts and options, ETL, RDBMS, and data management vendor solutions, such as Netezza, Informatica, and Hadoop preferred.
- Strong experience implementing complex data-driven solutions and working closely with Database Administrators, Developers, and businesses.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies, platforms, and services (Amazon Web Services (AWS).

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP wiki/knowledge base.
- Provide status reports to OP account management as requested.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
