Job Title: Assistant Executive-Safety Officer

Job Summary

The Assistant Executive will support the implementation and management of safety and health programs within the organization. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment, and fostering a culture of safety awareness among employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support safety training programs and workshops for employees.
- Monitor workplace safety practices and report any hazards or incidents.
- Collaborate with team members to promote safety awareness and best practices.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in safety supervision or a related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.
