Job DescriptionFunction Name Prototype build support Function Type Engineering Project ManagementOrg Unit Vehicle Engineering / P roto Build ManagerJob Family Engineering ManagementSub Job Family Position level -Scope of Role:Parts & Logistics Coordinator Bachelor/Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain managementDimension of FunctionContactsResponsibilities inclu ded but not limited to:'¢ Assist with the Coordination of vehicle shipping, logistics, support spares, off-site work, test support, and vehicle schedule.'¢ Provide status and risks for the engineering, build, and assembly teams in the weekly manufacturing coordin ation meeting'¢ Support internal prototype build process improvement activities with the parts chasing with the supplier/Quality tea m '¢ Coordinate with the Material Control, PMO and other departments to support and manage the parts for the testing '¢ Responsible for the FSS/BTP/ Partial Build/ Vehicles Spares shipment and Material availability '¢ Need to place at costumer end for smooth deliv ery of the process'¢ Maintaining BOMs to capture engineering changes, procurement, or supplier changes for the part and report to th e stake holders.'¢ Being part of a team for program delivery involving a fleet of 150+ proto-build cars.'¢ Control the Main BOM chan ge activities by the respective team and regular cadence meetings for the part updates.
