**Required Skills**:

- Must have experience about the Maintenance and facility work of Projects.
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
- Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
- Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.
- Resolving complaints from residents and tenants.
- Preparing financial statements and records.
- Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Should be a Graduate.
- Must have worked more than 5 years as facility manager.
- Project Management skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- MS Excel, Word etc.

Job Location: Sec-86, Faridabad

F2F Interview Location: Ozone centre, Sec-12, Faridabad, Haryana

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
