**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect blood samples from patients (both adults and children) using proper phlebotomy techniques.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
- Maintain sample integrity by following standard operating procedures.
- Prepare specimens for transport to central laboratories, if applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the sample collection area.
- Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during sample collection.
- Record patient details accurately and ensure documentation is maintained.
- Assist the laboratory technician in processing and preparing reports.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables (needles, tubes, gloves, etc.).
- Follow all biosafety, infection control, and clinical hygiene guidelines.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sample collection in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center.
- **Freshers with DMLT are also encouraged to apply.**

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Sound knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation.
- Patient-friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols.
- Basic computer knowledge to enter patient/test details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
