We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant. As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our production operations and ensuring smooth workflow from pre-production to post-production.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the coordination of production activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management.
Collaborate with the production team to organize and prepare production materials, equipment, and props.
Set up and maintain production sets, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for shooting.
Assist with camera setup, lighting, and sound equipment as required.
Help with talent coordination, including scheduling and communicating with actors, extras, and crew members.
Assist in managing production documentation, including call sheets, production reports, and release forms.
Aid in post-production tasks, such as organizing and labeling footage, assisting with editing, and providing general support.
Follow production schedules and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Support the production team in various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with production processes, equipment, and industry terminology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the production team and other stakeholders.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment is a plus.
Proficiency in using production software and tools, such as scheduling software or editing software, is an advantage.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the production industry.
