**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner; greet visitors and guests when they arrive.
- Answer and screen telephone calls to appropriate staff or departments
- Use a visitor log and security standards.
- Serve as a source of information for visitors and employees
- Arrange appointments and meetings and provide reminders.
- Oversee the incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Keep reception area tidy and organized.
- Help with administrative duties like filing, data entry, and documentation
- Be the first impression of the organization in a positive light.
- Resolve complaints and address problems in an orderly and professional manner.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Presentation: Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- **Professionalism**: A positive attitude, polite demeanour, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

**Salary Range**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
