Staff, IT Internal Audit

Pune, India

As a Staff IT Internal Auditor, you will report to the Manager, IT Internal Audit. Y ou will assist in the planning, scoping, execution, and reporting of audits based on identified risks related to various PTC busines s units. In this position you will dig deep into the details of your audits. You must be able to understand complex business processes and identify the full range of risks related to processes, regulatory compliance, organization, policy, and technology. You should be comfortable interacting with highly technical software development engineers and business leaders. You need a broad technical background and the ability to learn new technology concepts quickly. You must be comfortable performing as a sole contributor and teammate, of your engagement concurrently.

You should be able to understand how technical risks translate into business issues. You must prioritize findings and recommendations in tune with our corporate strategy and regulations. We value personality, insight, intellectual flexibility, and sound business judgment. You must be coachable

Headquartered in Boston, MA, PTC is a truly global company. As a result, the Internal Audit department is also global in nature. You will conduct a range of risk-based operational technology audits as well as assisting the team in delivering the annual SOX compliance testing with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world.

Up to 1 5 % travel may be required, including international travel.

As we are a global company there will be a requirement to periodically flex work hours to different time zones around the world, especially those in Europe and USA.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- _World class client service mindset _
- Strong risk management experience, including: performing assessments and audits, designing controls, managing enterprise control frameworks, and prioritizing risk, conducting SOX ITGC audits.
- Willingness to dive deep into your own audits combined with experience collaborating on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will prepare reports and make presentations to senior level management. You will interact with various levels of employees to collect and communicate information.
- A fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances and behaviors of PTC’s systems architecture.
- Strong analytical skills. Proven history of analyzing data and situations to identify meaningful observations.
- Big 4 consulting experience.
- Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc ).
- Experience with RPA and data analytics in an audit setting.
- Broad technical and information security background.

Basic Qualifications:

- B.Tech /BE degree
- 2- 4 years of experience in IT or Operations internal auditing, risk management, IT compliance, information security, software development or technology.
