Rigging and Lifting Expert

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review detailed lifting plans and method statements for complex lifts.
- Supervise rigging and lifting activities on-site to ensure safe execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with lifting standards (e.g., LOLER, ASME, OSHA).
- Inspect lifting gear and rigging equipment to verify certification and fitness for use.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalers, and site supervisors.
- Provide technical guidance on load calculations, sling angles, center of gravity, etc.
- Maintain logs and documentation for all lifting equipment and operations.
- Ensure toolbox talks and safety briefings are conducted before lifting activities.
- Lead incident investigations involving rigging/lifting and recommend corrective actions.
- Support training and competency development of rigging crew members.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Or Construction Management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
