**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Employee Engagement & Experience
- **Organize employee welfare activities for Vasai and Naigaon plan. Staff Outbound, Festival Celebration. Execution on Employee feedback survey. Fostering employee engagement through career guidance to workers, work-life balance, promoting diversity & inclusion, heath & wellness. Ensure positive IR climate in factory**Contract Labour Management**: Analysis & review of HRMIS, Guiding Line Manager on Compliance, Timely availability of Manpower, Work closely with manpower contractor to reduce absenteeism, Share daily OT report, Absenteeism analysis to line manager, Support line manager to reduce Overtime by manpower planning, Resolve manpower availability issue in Loss Review meeting., 100% accurate attendance & salary working, Prepare a workforce strategy and drive the team in implementation of the same. Contract Manpower bills verification along with statutory documents and Processing to Accounts Departments on monthly returns. Ensure no deviation in Legal compliance and in case of any deviation coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide corrective action. Ensuring labours properly placed as per their department.**Salary Processing**:Preparation of LTS of Permanent Workers, Salary revision of Contract Workers & Contract Staff, 100% accuracy in salary working. Preparing Salary Revision Letter of Permanent Workers & Contract Staff.**Visitor Management**:Arranging the Transport, Lodging and boarding, actives for Guests. Making proper arrangements for the visitor’s whoever coming to factory including new joiner’s, guests, clients. Coordinating for Parking & building related facilities.**Canteen Management**: Over see Cafeteria operations on daily day basis. Should ensure cleanliness & hygiene standards are maintained. Reconciliation of Canteen Data for billing.**Transport Management**:Manage company vehicles ( Bus, On call cars, Ambulance and company car). Coordinating with the transporter for Scheduling transportation services, planning routes, and assigning drivers.. Ensuring compliance with the safety standards. Handling any customer complaints and processing the urgent ones to the transporter & Senior Management. Assisting in training new recruits. Monitoring refuelling of Ambulance.**MIS Management**:Maintain HR budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of service. Maintain monthly manpower MIS, Administrative Cost., Diversity & Inclusion. HR presentation,**Security Management**: Supervising and monitoring the performance level of Security Staff. Trains security guard, Hires and onboards new security guards. Conducts regular security inspections, Safety. Verification of Main Gate Records Like., Inward, Outward, Visitor Check in and Check Out, Employees Gate Pass, Security Patrolling and other records. Physical security, electronic security & Surveillance management**Attendance Management**: Wil be responsible for complete Time Attendance process of Contract labour, Permanent staff/ worker within plant.**Plant Administration**: Round up within the plant for checking with necessary safety protocols following, Regular coordination with plant and production SPOCs for day-to-day admin related support. Plant area & Office area lawn maintenance, Scheduling pest controlling activities across office and plant area. Courier management and Facilities maintenance.
- ** **Monitoring of Health, safety & welfare measure at the plant and quick settlement of grievance. Supervising housekeeping activities of the Plant premises, change room and lockers.**Utility payments**: Processing Vendor Bills. Pre-check of agency bills with respect to amount Calculation, Approval, Vendor Name, Address, PAN, GST etc. Raising Vendor Bills in System for payment processing. Follow up with respective team / Approval authority for pending claims & AP team for release of payments & UTR no. Verification of Agreement and documents as per checklist.
