- Integrate learning technology into instructional practices to enrich student engagement
- Mentor students through academic advising and provide support for their educational goals
- Manage classroom environments effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
- Design lesson plans that promote critical thinking and active learning strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design projects to improve course offerings

**Basic qualifications**
- Experience in higher education teaching with a focus on adult education
