2. Helping students set goals and create action plans to achieve them.
3. Offering advice on study techniques, time management, and effective learning strategies.
4. Assisting students in navigating academic programs, resources, and opportunities.
5. Serving as a role model and providing motivation for students to succeed.
6. Addressing student's concerns, challenges, and questions related to their education.
7. Monitoring student's progress and academic performance.
8. Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive.
9. Collaborating with other faculty members and staff to promote student success.

1. Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with students
to provide guidance and support.
2. Capacity to understand and empathize with student's challenges, concerns, and
emotions.
3. Patience: Willingness to support students at their own pace and assist them through
difficulties.
4. Problem-Solving: Skill to help students identify solutions to academic and personal
challenges they may encounter.
5. Organizational Skills: Capability to assist students in developing effective study habits,
time management, and goal-setting skills.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust mentoring approaches based on individual student
needs and circumstances.
7. Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and encourage students to reach their full potential.
8. Strong reporting skills with knowledge in word, excel and power point presentation.
9. Graduates in Science or Mathematics preferred

Working Time :11.30 am -8.30pm

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
