Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services.

The Experts Team is a group of experts aligned to specific Industry or Functional Practice that works on with global teams ibn solving client mandates. The Experts provide insights from internal/external databases, expert perspectives on industry trend and through their experiences. Most of the team members come with an industry specialization (working in consulting or industry or both) and deliver insights for solving critical client problems.

**Requirements**:
**Role of Research - Key Aspects of your daily tasks**:
There would be 3 key aspects of your role:
Assignment Execution s_upporting consultant on live search _mandates:_
- Assisting in ensuring relevant information is captured effectively into our database and is up to date

**Business Development** _act as a support channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group:_
- Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.
- Assisting or leading the development of marketing presentations for the practice group

**Knowledge Management**:
Building repository of knowledge on the sector/industry, creating org charts, managing people moves and sector movements - Develop specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector.
- Project Management :Time management, managing deadlines, managing multiple projects, utilizing right resources and problem solving.
- Delivering Output & Documents : Producing high quality content of relevant documents.
- Collaboration and Teamwork :Partnering with others on projects and contributing as a part of the team.
- Communication Skills: Confident and strong communicator, representing EZ adequately, have a professional demeanor.

**Required knowledge/experience**:

- Postgraduate from an accredited academic institution
- At least 9+ years of professional experience with a deep knowledge of, or clear propensity to learn about the Consumer Products Industry at large, its competitive landscape including the very latest trends.
- Experience of working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of Global market
- Openness to travelling once or twice a year if need be.
- A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, conceptual thinking.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
