Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

2. On-Page and Technical Optimization:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for improved search engine rankings and user experience.
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.

3. Content Optimization and Creation:

- Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure that content aligns with best SEO practices and resonates with target audiences.

4. Link Building and Outreach:

- Plan and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
- Build relationships with relevant industry partners and websites for guest posting opportunities.

5. Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant KPIs.

6. Stay Current with SEO Trends:

- Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on industry changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving organic search visibility and driving results.
- In-depth understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative SEO ideas.
