**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop and create visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and convey a consistent visual identity.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
- **Software Expertise**:

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
- Work with motion graphics tools for basic animations (preferred).
- **Project Management**:

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets for team use.
- **Innovation and Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to introduce fresh ideas and innovative designs.
- **Print and Digital Preparation**:

- Prepare files for digital and print use, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **4-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.**:

- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
