- Host live and recorded shows, interviews, podcasts, and digital events.
- Present news, discussions, or entertainment content in an engaging and professional manner.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, celebrities, or guests as required.
- Maintain a strong on-screen presence with excellent delivery and articulation.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop creative content ideas for social media, YouTube, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Write, edit, and produce scripts, articles, and video content.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to create compelling multimedia content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and viral content to enhance audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an anchor, presenter, or content creator.
- Freshers are also appreciated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing digital content.
- Comfortable in front of the camera with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong networking skills to collaborate with influencers and industry professionals.
