Job description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Company Inductions: Onboard new employees by guiding them through the organization's culture, values, and policies.
Motivational Webinars & Presentations: Organize and conduct webinars, motivational speeches, and workshops to engage employees and boost morale.
Development of Training Content: Create training materials and presentations that are informative, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions both in-person and online to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training programs and provide recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related areas).
Experience: 2-3 years in training, development, or a similar role. Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
