**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for digital, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Edit high-quality videos, podcasts, trailers, and promotional content with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Design engaging intro/outro graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and visual branding elements for video and podcast content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure content is optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, etc.).
- Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and motion design innovations.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong knowledge of cinematic editing, storytelling, sound design, and pacing.
- Experience in podcast editing (video + audio sync, intro/outro design, branding overlays).
- Ability to create trailers, teasers, and promotional edits that capture attention.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
