**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**: Keep the office clean and organized, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- **Serving Duties**: Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- **Document Handling**: Collect, deliver, and distribute documents or office supplies within the office or to other departments.
- **Mail Management**: Assist in receiving and sending mail and couriers.
- **Filing and Photocopying**: Support administrative staff by photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- **Errand Running**: Perform simple errands outside the office such as banking, buying office supplies, or submitting documents.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare meeting rooms before scheduled meetings (arrange chairs, stationery, beverages, etc.).
- **General Support**: Assist in minor tasks requested by admin or HR departments.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Min 1+ Yrs exp as a Office Boy
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and polite.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
