**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound/Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Handle inbound queries with accuracy and efficiency.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- **Sales and Follow-Up**:

- Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services or schedule meetings.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on targets achieved.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
- Share insights and suggestions for process improvement.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [preferred language(s)].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management.
