**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to engage potential customers, provide information about our products/services, and assist with inquiries. Your main goal will be to generate leads and support our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present and promote products/services.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- 10th/12th Pass ; experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
