Job Description: Bharti Axa Life Insurance is seeking a Background Supervisor to join our team in Esplanade. As a Background Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the background verification process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. You will work closely with the HR department to ensure that all new hires have completed the necessary background checks and that their employment status is updated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the background verification process for new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Work with the HR department to ensure all new hires have completed the necessary background checks. Maintain accurate records of background checks and update employee status accordingly. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to background verification. Investigate any discrepancies or issues related to background checks and make recommendations for resolution. Provide support and training to HR and other staff on background verification processes. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or Graduation. Experience in background verification and knowledge of government regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
