**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Market Analysis and Research
- Conduct thorough research on financial markets, sectors, and individual securities.
- Stay informed about global economic trends, geopolitical events, and other factors influencing financial markets. Analyze and interpret financial data, charts, and technical indicators to identify trading opportunities.

2) Trade Execution
- Execute trades based on developed strategies and market analysis.
- Monitor real-time market movements and adjust trading positions accordingly.
- Implement risk management practices to minimize potential losses.

3) Portfolio Management
- Actively manage and optimize the organization's investment portfolio.
- Diversify and rebalance the portfolio based on market conditions and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement trading algorithms to enhance portfolio performance.

4) Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and evaluate the performance of the trading portfolio against established benchmarks.
- Prepare regular reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and key market insights.

5) Compliance and Regulation
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and trading laws.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Stock Market / Equity Dealer or in a similar trading role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management.
- Strong decision-making abilities in fast-paced, dynamic markets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
