**Job Description: A Psychologist with 1-2 years of experience in working with Elders**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct case history and psychological assessment.
- Design and conduct activities for seniors based on their history and needs.
- Provide intervention for various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Assessing clients' behavior and needs via observation, interviews, and psychometric tests.
- Developing, administering, and monitoring appropriate treatment therapies and strategies.
- Writing daily and monthly reports.
- Providing psycho-education and counselling to family and paid caregivers.
- Help seniors learn to make use of mobile apps and laptop.

**Requirements**:

- Education: MA/M.Sc. Psychology
- Age: 25-35
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Willing to travel within the city
- Good if having own transport
- Confident and good at communication
