**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and deployment of SAP HANA XSA SDQ and SDI components.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP HANA Performance Tuning to optimize system performance.
- Ensure efficient data provisioning using SAP HANA Data Provisioning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HANA solutions with other systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP HANA solutions.
- Implement best practices for data management and security in SAP HANA environments.
- Support the Finance and Accounting teams with SAP HANA-based solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP HANA technologies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in SAP HANA XSA SDQ SDI and Performance Tuning.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP DWC and SAP HANA Data Provisioning.
- Have domain experience in Merchandising Finance and Accounting.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and best practices.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Certifications Required**

SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 (SPS05) or equivalent.
