**Job Title: Warehouse cum Delivery Executive**

**Location: Kozhikode**

As a Warehouse cum Delivery Executive, you will play a hands-on role in managing day-to-day warehouse activities, inventory handling, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers. This position demands someone who is organized, dependable, and able to coordinate effectively between the warehouse, delivery, and customers.

You will be key in ensuring smooth operations, from managing stock to making on-time deliveries, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company processes.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Receive, inspect, and manage inventory stocks within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate labeling, categorization, and systematic storage of products.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in regular inventory audits to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Pack and prepare orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Customer support team to ensure proper planning of inventory and deliveries.

**Delivery Operations**
- Manage delivery schedules and plan routes to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
- Personally deliver products when required especially hyperlocal deliveries (in Calicut region ), ensuring professional and courteous interactions with customers.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and collect proof of delivery (POD).
- Communicate updates regarding delivery timelines or issues to both the customer and internal teams.
- Maintain the company vehicles in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and timely servicing.

**Coordination and Reporting**
- Track and update inventory movements, deliveries, and pending orders in the company system.
- Report daily delivery logs and inventory updates.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, delays, or discrepancies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma (Graduate preferred).
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and delivery management is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and moving stock.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of using inventory management tools/systems (Shopify backend, Zoho Inventory) or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in driving delivery vehicles (2 wheeler, 3 Wheeler)
- Familiarity with local routes and delivery logistics to optimize time.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
