**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns (digital and offline)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence and website content
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships
- Track performance of campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure brand consistency
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the marketing department

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/master's degree
- Proven experience in a marketing or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam/English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
