**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up and adjust CNC machines (routers, laser ) based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Load materials, such as metal, plastic, or MDF,HDHMR, into the machine.
- Input program data or load pre-written programs into the CNC system.
- Calibrate and test the machine to ensure it is producing parts accurately.
- **Monitoring & Quality Control**:

- Continuously monitor machine operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production timelines.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Document production processes, tool changes, and machine settings.
- Record the quantity of parts produced and any issues encountered during production.
- Communicate with supervisors or engineers to address discrepancies or potential improvements.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Ensure that the work area remains clean and organized.
- Follow environmental and regulatory compliance requirements, including proper waste disposal.
- **Tool & Material Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of tools, materials, and supplies necessary for operations.
- Change and replace tools as required, ensuring proper tool wear and tear management.
- Select the right tooling, materials, and machine settings based on job requirements.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with engineers, quality control, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any machine malfunctions, defects, or performance issues promptly to supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in machining, manufacturing technology, or related fields is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role is typically required (1-3 years).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic computer skills (for CNC machine operation and data entry).
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move materials.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for machine operation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CNC Programming: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
