Develop and implement effective training modules and materials for English language learners to enhance their proficiency in spoken English.
- Assess the learners' English language proficiency and customize training programs to meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions to improve learners' pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency in spoken English.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, including role-playing, conversation practice, and other interactive methods to make learning engaging and effective.
- Monitor the progress of learners and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to develop new training materials and programs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in language learning to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, including recommending additional resources and practice exercises to help them continue improving their spoken English skills.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner progress to ensure that training programs are meeting their intended goals and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
