**Job Overview**:
We are hiring a Ticketing Operations Executive for our Travel company. This role requires experience in travel, holiday packages or related fields.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage billing and invoicing using specialized travel software.
- Handle customer inquiries with fluency in English.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain billing records.
- Update travel bills daily, respecting office timing.
- Maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Subject knowledge in Air Ticketing.
- Familiarity with Airport Codes for efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Computer literacy for data entry and office tasks.
- Excellent numerical skills for precise calculations.
- Adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Professional behavior with punctuality as a priority.
