**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our matchmaking services.
- Understand the client's needs, preferences, and expectations regarding potential matches.
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Schedule consultations for clients with senior matchmaking specialists.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on new matches.
- Assist in managing client profiles and match recommendations.
- Provide support to clients during their matchmaking journey, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the matchmaking team to ensure that client preferences are met accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, consultations, and lead conversions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
