- Technical knowledge of computers and laptops.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their technology needs and recommend suitable computer/laptop solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales area organized and visually appealing to enhance the overall shopping experience.

- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets.
- Technical knowledge of computers and laptops.
