**Responsibilities of MIS Executives**
- Coordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking & head office Instruction follow-up.
- Tracking the sales team performance for all teams on day to day basis.
- Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis.
- Preparing MIS report & sharing the final analysis report with management for further strategy development.
- Preparing sales incentive plan & marketing schemes and making sure proper implementation.
- Co-ordinating between sales, marketing, product development & service department for smooth operations and sales process.
- Preparing MIS report & sales Analysis report.
- Working as medium between Management and Sales team.

**Requirements of MIS Executives**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
