**Role Summary**:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This includes coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Track and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Handle administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Support quality assurance and control processes during project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 6 Months
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
