**General Helper**:

- Location: Pune, India_

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of sports floors, as well as in the fabrication of metal structures for pickleball and padel courts. This role involves supporting skilled fabricators and floor installers in various tasks, including material handling, preparation, and installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the cutting, shaping, and assembling of metal components for sports courts and floors.
- Help with the preparation and installation of sports flooring materials.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on-site.
- Support on-site installation of fabricated metal parts and flooring, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Perform basic tasks such as grinding, cleaning, and preparing surfaces for both metal structures and sports floors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with quality checks to ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Provide support for maintenance and repair of metal structures and sports floors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential.
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
