**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Electrical**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including short circuits, power outages, and faulty wiring.
- Inspect electrical systems for safety and functionality.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, including indoor and outdoor fixtures.
- Connect electrical appliances and equipment according to safety standards.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations.

**Plumbing**:

- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures (e.g., faucets, sinks, toilets, showers).
- Identify and repair leaks in pipes and fixtures.
- Clear clogged drains and pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Install and maintain water heaters and other plumbing appliances.
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and regulations.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure work areas are clean and safe after completing tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and communicate clearly with supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Possess own basic hand tools relevant to both electrical and plumbing work.
- Be willing to travel to different sites within Bangalore as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience (minimum [Specify number] years) as an Electrician and Plumber.
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent certification in Electrical and/or Plumbing trades.
- Valid electrical license (if applicable and required by regulations).
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and safety standards.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using various electrical and plumbing tools and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices.
