**Duties & responsibilities**:

- This position will be responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation.
- This includes managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
- Managing and supervising the Transport executives activities
- Transport Billing, Invoice processing and verification
- Cost Analysis to be done regularly. (Per Employee Cost, per trip, package cost etc.)
- Be accessible for escalation of all transport related issues.
- Carrying out routine vehicle inspections
- Providing advice to helpdesk operators on escalated issues.
- Incident reporting and management.
- Handling transport emergencies.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience for managing transport for hotel industry.
- Good knowledge of excel is must and good communication in writing and speaking English.
