Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:

- Prepare detailed memos of invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify and validate all invoices, adhering to organizational standards.

Financial Entries and Tally ERP 9:

- Utilize Tally ERP 9 software for accurate financial entries and record-keeping.
- Generate and analyse financial reports using Tally ERP 9.

Cheque Handling:

- Receive cheques, ensuring proper documentation and validation.
- Record cheque details accurately for reconciliation purposes.

Bank Deposits:

- Efficiently deposit cheques and cash into designated bank accounts.
- Comply with banking procedures and regulations during the deposit process.

TDS Compliance:

- Demonstrate knowledge of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations.
- Ensure adherence to TDS rules and regulations in financial transactions.

Payment Monitoring and Follow-up:

- Monitor financial transactions in real-time, ensuring smooth processing.
- Strictly follow up with bank executives to expedite payment crediting.

Bank Communication:

- Establish and maintain effective communication with bank representatives.
- Resolve discrepancies and address issues promptly for seamless operations.

Financial Compliance:

- Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all financial activities, including TDS, comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Reconciliation:

- Regularly reconcile bank statements with financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into any financial irregularities.

Organizational and Communication Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage financial transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with bank executives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field..
- Expertise in using Tally ERP 9 and other financial software.
- Thorough understanding of TDS regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Proven experience in banking operations within the real estate sector around 3 to 5 years.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
