**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to improve employees' proficiency in US English.
- Develop customized training materials and resources tailored to the needs of the team.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with the HR and management team to identify training needs and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language training and incorporate them into the training program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English trainer, preferably with a focus on US English.
- Excellent command of US English, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
- Flexibility to work part-time or on a freelance basis, with a schedule that suits both parties.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in training corporate employees or working in an IT environment.
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.
