The Phlebotomy Trainer is responsible for the initial and ongoing education and training, including competency assessments. The Phlebotomy trainer will create and maintain training curriculum, develop and maintain training. He will teach students how to perform phlebotomy procedures correctly and safely. Phlebotomy trainers may also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department. This might include scheduling classes, providing feedback on student performance, and ensuring that students have access to all necessary equipment and supplies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Teaching students about the field of phlebotomy.
- Assessing student progress and readiness for clinical practice.
- Developing and updating lesson plans and materials.
- Conducting one-on-one sessions with students to provide individualized instruction on topics.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in a health related field, such as BSc or Nursing.
- Prior experience as a Phlebotomy trainer.
- Prior experience of working in Government projects.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
