**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and services, optimizing logistics processes and minimizing transportation costs.
- Track shipments and update status in databases, providing real-time visibility and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and contracts to secure reliable and cost-efficient transportation services.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively order materials to prevent stockouts and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, stay updated on industry standards, and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- Prepare and review reports, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing logistics operations and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the supply chain, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in logistics operations, demonstrating expertise in managing complex logistics projects and processes.
- Proven project management experience, successfully coordinating multiple projects and meeting project objectives within timelines.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data and insights to drive informed decision-making and resolve logistics challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- knowledge of MS Office, utilizing tools and technology to support logistics operations and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
